Branch Interactions

We are upgrading our equipment to bring you next-level security and instant results. Our primary upgrades are:

  • ID Scanners – As a security precaution, we will be asking to see and scan the front of your driver’s license (or state-issued ID) so we can verify your identity on future transactions. We will only scan the front of your ID once for photo purposes but reserve the right to ask to see your ID on future visits to verify your identity. ID Scanning has become a standard requirement with financial institutions due to the increase in identity theft and fraud. If you are uncomfortable allowing us to scan your ID for photo purposes, you will likely be asked to present it each time you make a transaction. We are confident you will see this as the convenience and enhanced security it is meant to provide.
  • Check Scanners – Saving you time and improving efficiency, every teller will have a check scanner to alleviate the need to manually enter check amounts.
  • Paperless Receipts – Keep your wallet or purse clutter-free with the option to receive your receipts via text message.

Look for these branch upgrades in May 2024!
