Core Conversion Weekend: Online and mobile account access is temporarily unavailable and branch locations are closed as we complete our core upgrade. Mobile deposits, external transfers, and Quick Pay are also unavailable during this time. Services will be back online on Monday, April 29.

Loans

Whether you have a personal loan, an auto loan, or any other type of loan that has an “L” account suffix currently, you will have a seamless transition to our new computer system with minor changes. Here are a few things you will notice when our system upgrades:

  1. Account suffixes will be eliminated - You will not see an “L” at the end of your account number anymore
  2. Each loan will have its own unique account number
  3. Loan descriptions will update on your monthly statement, in your online account portal, etc.
  4. Automatic loan payments will transfer to our new system, ensuring there will not be an interruption of payments – keeping your bills paid on time!

While the look of your statements and loan number may change a bit, the process to pay and manage your loans will be the same.
