Beyond The Transaction Member Newsletter - Spring 2024
By the end of the month, we will have a new and improved core upgrade for all of us to benefit from. Here are a few things to know as we get closer to our go-live date!
Week Before Go Live
To finalize our system, we will be closing some services temporarily starting around 4pm on Friday, April 26. These services include account access through online and mobile apps, CO-OP Shared Network, Partners 1st ATMs, and branch drive-thrus. On Saturday, April 27, all branches will be closed. All this is in preparation for launching our new system on Monday!
As we approach this week, please note these temporary closures and conduct your transactional business accordingly. Note: You will still be able to use your debit and credit cards during this downtime.
When We Go Live!
Starting on Monday, April 29, when you visit a branch, you will first need to present your ID. On your first visit, your ID will be scanned into our system. Every time you visit the branch moving forward, your ID will be the key to looking up your accounts.
Plus, you will see new branch equipment that will streamline the transaction process. Equipment like check scanners, will scan and upload your check’s information instantly into our system.
At the end of each branch visit, you will now have the option to receive eReceipts. Instead of filling your wallet with receipts (and potentially losing them), you can access them all via text or email.
Other Key Things To Know
- During this transition period, you will receive two statements. The first one will be from our current statement provider with your 4/1 – 4/26 transaction history. The second one will be from our new statement provider, covering your 4/27 – 4/30 transaction history.
- You can nickname accounts! Knowing member numbers and account numbers won’t be important anymore. Instead, recognize your accounts with names you understand and help keep your finances organized.
- If you have a qualifying rewards account, your points have been building! In late May, you can start redeeming these points with our new rewards system, uChoose Rewards.
We are excited to transfer to our new system and provide you with an improved core system with enhanced security features. You may see more changes as we move closer to our go-live date on April 29th. For the latest information about our core system upgrade, visit our website, call, or stop by your local branch.
