Please call 800.992.3808 to activate your new card. You must call from the primary phone number on record and verify the last 4 numbers of your social security number. You will be prompted to select a PIN on the initial activation of your card.

Did you lose your card?

To report a lost or stolen card between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, call 260.471.8336 or 800.728.8943. To report a lost or stolen card after hours call 877.445.0584. International callers should call 1.614.564.3074.

Due to an increasing number of international credit card fraud activities, Partners 1st has limited the use of cards in certain countries. This is a security measure taken to protect you against fraud.
