We know how important your business is… that’s why we are streamlining our services and adding unique offerings to better serve you. Here’s how the system update affects your business accounts.
Signing Into Your Online Account Access
With our upgrade, all of the accounts tied to you and your member number will be under one relationship profile. Note: When we launched our system on Monday, April 29, business owners could not view their business accounts when they signed into their online account access using their personal login information. We are in the process of resolving this issue.
Until this issue is resolved, sign in using your business online account username and password to view your business accounts. These credentials are different from your personal account. If you don’t have a separate login for your business, you can create one.
Remember, this is a temporary issue we are working to solve now. The ultimate goal is to have one login for all of your accounts, personal and business.
Member Numbers
With our system upgrade, we will have member numbers and account numbers. Your member number is a unique number assigned to you as part of our credit union. All of your accounts are opened under this profile number. Account numbers will be assigned to each specific account you open.
When we go live:
- You will only have ONE member number - Most member numbers will stay the same, yet some may change to duplication errors
- Account suffixes will change – You will not see “S” or “L” at the end of your account number anymore
- All checking account numbers will use the Magnetic Ink Character Recognition (MICR) as the account number
- A MICR number can be found on the bottom of your checks, followed by the Partners 1st routing number
- We will use your state-issued identification card (state ID or Driver’s License) to verify your identity and open your member profile
- Existing checks you have will carry over to the new system (unless notified otherwise)
Credit Cards
Streamline your card management with SpendTrack. This interface empowers business owners with an end-to-end card management solution. Through SpendTrack, you can:
- Utilize real-time controls and view transactions
- Update account information
- Set alerts and make payments from one place
- Give employees access to specific tools like receipt imaging and pre-transaction authorization
- Create an in-depth spending analysis by categories, departments, or individual transactions
