All ACH debits and credits, including any future dated through 4/28, will be posted at the close of business on 4/26.
Minimum balance fees and bad address fees will be assessed at close of business on April 26th.
Fees that will not be assessed in April:
- Statement fees
- S88 non-equal fees
- Inactive club fees
- Business account service charges
The following service charges not assessed in April will resume their normal schedule as of May 1st:
- Statement fees
- Club account fees
- Rewards checking
- Business account fees
All interest bearing savings and checking accounts will be paid on this day for the time period of 4/1 through 4/26.
Refunds will be applied on or before April 26th. Foreign ATM surcharges during the transition period will be refunded in May.
A partial statement will be issued for account activity from 4/1 through 4/26, as we close out our previous system. The remainder of the month will be issued later in a second partial statement from the new system.
Account access through online and mobile apps, CO-OP Shared Network, Partners 1st ATMs, and branch drive-thrus will be temporarily unavailable starting Friday, April 26, around 5pm until 9am on Monday, April 29.
Note: Account balances will not appear on ATM receipts during coversion weekend.
You can still use your debit or credit card during this downtime.
All branches will be closed on Saturday, April 27th for us to complete the last steps of converting from our old system to the new one. We are choosing to do this on a Saturday because it creates the least amount of downtime possible - we want to make sure that we are open and ready to serve you on Monday, April 29th!

A partial statement will be issued for account activity from 4/27 through 4/30, as we begin use of our new system. This, combined with the partial statement issued earlier for 4/1 through 4/26, will serve as the full April statement.
